There’s no queuing as you are escorted straight to your private Riad upon arrival to complete the check-in process in comfort. This also applies when you are ready to check out. You may request a packing or unpacking service for your luggage with your personal assistant.
Plan any trips within Marrakech with your personal assistant at least 30 minutes before departure. A return pick-up service can also be arranged in advance, or simply give us a call when you require transportation back to the Riad.
